We are not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, brand, supplier, or distributor.

3. Marketplace Disclaimer

• Product descriptions, prices, contact details, and other business information displayed on listings are submitted by third-party suppliers or publicly available sources.

• Users must independently verify the authenticity, quality, certification, and suitability of products or claims made by any supplier.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of supplier information.

• We are not involved in product sales, negotiations, payments, deliveries, warranties, or disputes between users and suppliers.

• Supplier listings published on HDHMR.in are based on the information submitted by the supplier.

  • Photographs or promotional statements

• Listings may be edited or removed if found misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

10. Refund & Cancellation (For Paid Listings)

• HDHMR.in provides digital branding/listing services that begin immediately upon activation.

• All listing fees are 100% advance and strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellations are not permitted once a listing is published.

11. Termination of Access

We may temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website if:

• You violate these Terms

• You provide false or misleading information

• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

• We need to maintain or update parts of the platform

We reserve this right without prior notice.

12. Compliance With Laws

You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including:

• IT Act, 2000

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023

• Consumer Protection Act, where applicable

• Cybersecurity and anti-fraud provisions

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
